Terms and Conditions

Effective October 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Brothers Innovation USA LLC website and any work we perform for you. By requesting an estimate, sending a message, or hiring us, you agree to them. If we sign a written contract or estimate for your project, that document controls if it says something different.

2. Estimates and scope of work

Estimates we provide are free and come with no obligation. Unless we state otherwise in writing, an estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued and is based on the property conditions, measurements, materials, and access described at the time it was prepared.

The final scope, price, materials, and schedule are confirmed in writing on your approved estimate or contract. Hidden conditions found once work begins — such as rot, water damage, outdated wiring, or structural surprises — and any work you add along the way are handled as a written change order before the extra work proceeds.

3. Scheduling and site access

You agree to give us safe, clear access to the work area, including any required permissions from a landlord, homeowners association, or building manager, and to keep pets and children away from the work area while we are on site.

Dates we give are good-faith targets. Weather, material availability, shipping delays, permit timing, and access issues beyond our control can move a schedule; we will tell you as soon as we know and update the plan with you.

4. Payment

Payment terms — including any deposit, progress payments, and the balance due on completion — are listed on your estimate and invoice. Invoices are due by the date shown unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can pay securely through the payment link on your invoice.

Charges, taxes, and fees beyond the agreed price are only added when they were not reasonably foreseeable or were requested by you.

5. Your property

We take reasonable care to protect your home and belongings and to keep the work area safe. Please remove or secure valuables and fragile items from the work area before we start. If something is damaged or you have a concern, tell us right away so we can document it and address it.

6. Photos and project records

We may photograph work before, during, and after the project to document conditions, coordinate the work, and support your estimate or warranty questions. With your permission, we may also share before-and-after photos of your project to show our work. If you would rather we not use photos of your property, tell us at any time.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you can track project status, view photos, review estimates, and pay invoices. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe your account was used without your permission. Estimates and invoices shown in your account are copies of the records we keep.

8. Use of this website

Please use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, access areas you are not authorized to use, scrape or copy our content, or submit false or automated requests. The site design, text, images, and logos belong to us or our licensors.

9. Warranties and remedies

Any warranty on our workmanship or on materials and equipment is the one written on your estimate, invoice, or the manufacturer's own documentation. Beyond what is required by law, we do not make additional promises about the lifespan or performance of materials, and we do not guarantee results that depend on conditions we do not control, such as existing structure, moisture, or normal wear.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for a project is limited to the amount you paid for the work at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first — we want to fix it. If we cannot resolve it together, the parties will work in good faith to settle it before taking further action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama for work performed there, and by the laws of the State of Illinois or the State of Indiana for work performed in those states.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the current version here with an updated effective date. The version posted when you request or receive work is the one that applies.
